Technique/Group Class
Here you will learn all the sweet science of boxing from stance, footwork, punching mechanics, head movement, and defense, … and have a chance to put that to work in partner drills and supervised sparring.
Beginners Class
The same as our Technique/Group class but tailored for beginners.
Boxercise
By combining HIIT, shadow boxing, heavy bag works, this all level class will help you grow muscle and build endurance. We will train you like how we train our figters to get in shape.
Kid/Teenager Class
A fun way to boost your child's confidence, focus, and fitness. Classes are designed to be engaging, with fun drills and activities encouraging teamwork and friendship.
